You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are non-refundable. Please contact us directly to discuss any special circumstances.
We offer both options. Our standard tours are small-group (maximum 12-15 people) for a personal experience. We also offer fully private tours for families, couples, or corporate groups — just ask us when booking.
